Florida Tax Deed Surplus Claim Forms — By County
Every one of Florida's 67 Counties maintains its own tax deed surplus claim packet. Individual Clerk offices publish their forms inconsistently — some post them publicly online, some require a phone call, and some only release them after the Notice of Surplus is issued. Tell us which county and we'll send you the exact form package within one business day.

How to request a form
- Click "Request form" next to your county above, or open the lookup form directly.
- Tell us the property address or the former owner's name (if you know the tax deed case number, even better).
- We check the Clerk's records for your matter, then email you within one business day with the specific form package, the amount on the Clerk's surplus list (if any), and the applicable filing deadline.
If you just want the blank form and nothing else, we'll send it — no obligation. If you want us to file it for you on a 30% contingency, we can do that too. Your call.
We are not a law firm. StratosPath Acquisitions, LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing administrative filing assistance for tax deed surplus claims under F.S. § 197.582. We do not provide legal advice, do not represent claimants in court, and do not appear at contested hearings. You have an unconditional right to file your own claim directly with your County Clerk at no cost.
